Nobody arrives at a regulatory consultancy with a well-formed question, and waiting until you have one is how a year goes by. Two lines about the product and the market is enough to get a useful answer — and if the answer is that you do not need us yet, that is the answer you will get.
Best for anything with a document attached, and for anything you want a written answer to. Goes to a person, not a shared inbox with a ticket number.
Default · replies in writingBest when the question is "is this even worth a project". Ten minutes on the phone settles more than a fortnight of email, and we will not make you book a slot to have it.
09:00–18:00 UK · Mon–FriBest if you are in the Gulf, or working with someone who is. A great deal of business in these markets happens there, and we would rather meet you where you already are.
Same number · voice notes fineOn timing, honestly. We are a small firm in the United Kingdom, so a message that arrives at nine in the evening Riyadh time is read the next morning London time. The commitment above is one working day to a reply from a person and two to a substantive answer. If something is genuinely urgent — a deadline, a customs hold, a regulator's letter with a clock on it — say so in the subject line and it moves to the front.
The most common reason people do not get in touch is not price. It is not knowing what to say without sounding underprepared. So pick the two things below that are true and this will draft the email — then edit it, or send it as it stands. Nothing is sent from this page and nothing is stored; it runs in your browser.
Square brackets are for you to fill in. Everything else is a sentence we would be glad to receive.
One line that makes any of these better: your deadline, if you have one. A tender date, a customer waiting, a certificate expiring. It changes our answer more than anything else you could tell us.
The line is not about generosity. It is about whether answering takes reading.
The paid version of all of that is the route assessment — two weeks, £1,450, credited in full against the project if you proceed. The free version is a genuine answer, not a teaser that stops at the interesting part.
If what you need is a distributor rather than a registration, or a notified body, or a lawyer, or a laboratory, we will say so and point you somewhere — and we take no referral fee for it, which is the only reason the recommendation is worth having. It has cost us paid work more than once. It is also the reason people come back two years later with the project that was real.
You do not need to send us anything to ask a question. When the conversation reaches the point where documents help, a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before you send them, not after.
Our standard mutual NDA goes out on request and is signed before you attach a technical file, a dossier or a certificate
If your legal team prefers its own, send that instead. We do not argue about NDAs and we do not bill for reviewing one
Representative candidates are approached with the product category and the market, never with your file, until you have chosen one
At any point, in writing, and we confirm when it is done
How we handle personal data — what we collect, on what lawful basis, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights — is set out in the privacy notice. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
It reaches the same inbox and the same person. It exists because some people would rather fill in fields than compose a message, and neither is better.
No field on this form is mandatory except the email address and the consent checkbox. A form that will not submit until you have named your annual revenue is a qualification exercise, not a contact form.
The registered office is a registered address, not a place to visit — like most companies of our size, the work happens elsewhere and we would rather say so than imply an office we do not keep. All of the above is on the public register at Companies House and you are welcome to check it before you write.
What you make, and which markets you are thinking about. If we need more we will ask, and if we do not need anything at all we will just answer.
